Studio 57 sits on Midland Avenue in the heart of Midland Beach, making it the only cannabis dispensary on Staten Island’s East Shore. Whether you live around the corner or across the island, we are accessible from every neighborhood.
We organized our service area into three tiers based on distance: neighborhoods within walking distance, neighborhoods a short drive away, and communities across the island. No matter where you are on Staten Island, Studio 57 is never more than a 25-minute drive.

The Island’s Cannabis Landscape
Staten Island’s legal cannabis market is still young. While dispensaries have opened in other parts of the island, the East Shore was underserved until Studio 57 opened at 570 Midland Ave in Midland Beach.
We chose our location deliberately. Midland Avenue is accessible from every direction: south from Great Kills via Hylan Boulevard, north from St. George via the expressway, and from the interior via Richmond Road. Our goal was to create a dispensary that could serve the entire island while being rooted in a specific community.
Unlike larger operations that prioritize volume, Studio 57 focuses on curation. Every product is personally vetted, lab-tested, and selected based on what our customers actually want. We carry less because we believe in carrying better.

Studio 57 Cannabis Dispensary is licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). All products are tested in accordance with NYS regulations. Cannabis is for adult use only.
