Studio 57 NY is an adult-use cannabis dispensary. By New York State law, you must be 21 years of age or older to enter the premises and to purchase any cannabis product.

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification is required on every visit. We check every customer, every time, without exception. This is not optional and our staff cannot make exceptions regardless of circumstances.

• Permanent resident card (green card)

Studio 57 NY accepts cash and debit card transactions. Credit cards are not accepted at any legal cannabis dispensary in the United States due to federal banking restrictions that classify cannabis as a Schedule I substance.

• Cash: Accepted for all transactions. We can make change.
• Debit cards: Processed at our point-of-sale terminal with no ATM fee to the customer.
• Credit cards: Not accepted. This is an industry-wide restriction, not a Studio 57 NY policy.

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we want to make it right within the constraints of state regulations.

• Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
• Opened products cannot be returned due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Defective vape cartridges or hardware may be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase.
• Refunds are issued in the original payment method (cash refund for cash purchases, debit refund for debit purchases).
• All returns are subject to manager approval and visual inspection.

Studio 57 NY is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all customers and staff. We ask that everyone entering our store observe the following guidelines.

• Cannabis consumption is not permitted on the premises, including the parking area and sidewalk.
• Photography and video recording inside the store is not permitted without prior authorization.
• Customers must remain in designated areas. Staff-only zones are clearly marked.
• Verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior toward staff or other customers will result in immediate removal from the store.
• Customers who appear to be visibly intoxicated may be refused service at the discretion of staff.
• Children and minors are not permitted inside the dispensary at any time.
• Service animals are welcome. Pets must remain outside.

Studio 57 NY offers a layered discount program: daily 20% themed weekday deals, everyday 10% discounts for veterans, first responders, adults 55 and older, and birthdays, a 15% first-purchase welcome, and a points-based rewards program with a 100-point sign-up bonus.

• Weekday deals: Munchie Monday (20% off all edibles), Tincture Tuesday (20% off all tinctures), Wax Wednesday (20% off all concentrates), Token Thursday (20% off all vapes), and $15 Friday ($15 off selected products).
• 10% everyday discounts require valid ID on first visit: military ID, VA card, or DD-214 for veterans; department ID for first responders; government ID for adults 55 and older; valid ID with a birthday inside the current calendar month for the birthday discount.
• First-purchase discount: 15% off your very first transaction at Studio 57 NY. One-time, automatic, no code required.
• Points program: 100-point welcome bonus on sign-up, equal to $5 off a future visit. 1 point per $1 spent, earned only on visits of $50 or more. 100 points redeems for $5 off any future purchase.
• Percentage discounts do not stack with each other. When multiple percentage discounts could apply to the same purchase, the higher percentage always wins — you never lose the better discount.
• Points always stack with any percentage discount. Points are earned on the full pre-discount subtotal once the $50 per-visit threshold is met.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may have accumulated points expired.
• Studio 57 NY reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion or the rewards program at any time.

Studio 57 NY respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to operate our business, comply with state regulations, and provide you with a quality customer experience.

• ID verification data is checked in real-time and is not stored or retained by Studio 57 NY.
• Purchase transaction records are maintained as required by New York State Office of Cannabis Management regulations.
• Loyalty program data (name, contact information, purchase history) is stored securely and used only for program administration.
• We do not sell, share, or distribute customer personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Security cameras operate inside and outside the store as required by state regulations. Footage is retained for the period mandated by law and is not shared except as required by law enforcement.
• Our website may use cookies for analytics and functionality. No personally identifiable information is collected through passive website tracking.
