Studio 57 operates under a license issued by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). The following policies govern our operations and customer interactions. They exist to protect our customers, our staff, and our license. We keep them straightforward because you deserve to know exactly how we operate.

Age Verification
Studio 57 is an adult-use cannabis dispensary. By New York State law, you must be 21 years of age or older to enter the premises and to purchase any cannabis product.
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification is required on every visit. We check every customer, every time, without exception. This is not optional and our staff cannot make exceptions regardless of circumstances.
- Driver’s license (any U.S. state)
- State-issued identification card
- United States passport or passport card
- Military identification card
- Permanent resident card (green card)
Expired IDs, photos of IDs, and digital IDs stored on mobile devices are not accepted at this time. If you cannot present a valid physical ID, we cannot allow entry or complete a sale.

Payment Methods
Studio 57 accepts cash and debit card transactions. Credit cards are not accepted at any legal cannabis dispensary in the United States due to federal banking restrictions that classify cannabis as a Schedule I substance.
- Cash: Accepted for all transactions. We can make change.
- Debit cards: Processed at our point-of-sale terminal with no ATM fee to the customer.
- Credit cards: Not accepted. This is an industry-wide restriction, not a Studio 57 policy.
We recommend bringing a combination of cash and debit to ensure a smooth checkout experience. There is no minimum purchase amount for debit transactions.

Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we want to make it right within the constraints of state regulations.
- Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Opened products cannot be returned due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Defective vape cartridges or hardware may be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase.
- Refunds are issued in the original payment method (cash refund for cash purchases, debit refund for debit purchases).
- All returns are subject to manager approval and visual inspection.
If you experience an issue with an opened product, please speak with a team member. While we may not be able to process a formal return, we will work with you and the manufacturer to find a resolution.

Store Conduct
Studio 57 is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all customers and staff. We ask that everyone entering our store observe the following guidelines.
- Cannabis consumption is not permitted on the premises, including the parking area and sidewalk.
- Photography and video recording inside the store is not permitted without prior authorization.
- Customers must remain in designated areas. Staff-only zones are clearly marked.
- Verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior toward staff or other customers will result in immediate removal from the store.
- Customers who appear to be visibly intoxicated may be refused service at the discretion of staff.
- Children and minors are not permitted inside the dispensary at any time.
- Service animals are welcome. Pets must remain outside.
These policies exist to protect everyone. Our staff has the authority to enforce conduct policies and to ask anyone to leave who is not adhering to them.

Loyalty Program
Studio 57 offers a loyalty rewards program for returning customers. The program is free to join and provides points on qualifying purchases that can be redeemed for discounts on future visits.
- Enrollment is free and available to any customer 21 or older with a valid ID.
- Points are earned on every qualifying purchase at a rate determined by current program terms.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Rewards and point values are subject to change. Active members will be notified of any changes.
- Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may have accumulated points expired.
- Studio 57 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.
- Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Studio 57 respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to operate our business, comply with state regulations, and provide you with a quality customer experience.
- ID verification data is checked in real-time and is not stored or retained by Studio 57.
- Purchase transaction records are maintained as required by New York State Office of Cannabis Management regulations.
- Loyalty program data (name, contact information, purchase history) is stored securely and used only for program administration.
- We do not sell, share, or distribute customer personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Security cameras operate inside and outside the store as required by state regulations. Footage is retained for the period mandated by law and is not shared except as required by law enforcement.
- Our website may use cookies for analytics and functionality. No personally identifiable information is collected through passive website tracking.
